Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the zh888 Platform, linked to a unique email address and Pakistani mobile number.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any separately tracked bonus funds held within a User's zh888 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by zh888 as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, crash/instant game, or other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process zh888 requires users to complete using valid government-issued identification, primarily a Pakistani CNIC.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the zh888 Platform for users in Pakistan.
• "Platform" has the meaning given in the Preamble above.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, has been self-excluded, has been terminated by zh888, or is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting volume a User must achieve with Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.

Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" are to be read as "including without limitation." Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by: (a) these Terms & Conditions; (b) zh888's Privacy Policy as published at /privacy-policy; (c) zh888's Responsible Gaming Policy as published at /responsible-gaming; and (d) any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific Games or promotions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is signified by your act of registration. If you register on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the zh888 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or family member of a zh888 employee who might benefit from insider knowledge of game mechanics or odds.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from zh888 or any gaming operator that participates in a shared self-exclusion database to which zh888 has access.
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.

zh888 may, at its sole discretion, conduct random or systematic age and identity verification checks on any account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by zh888 results in suspension of the account pending resolution.

Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on the zh888 Platform, you must register a single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account at any time. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
• You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name, date of birth, or contact information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. zh888 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your login details.
• You must notify zh888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification: zh888 requires completion of Know Your Customer verification before full withdrawal access is enabled. KYC requires submission of a valid, unaltered Pakistani CNIC (both sides). zh888 may additionally request proof of address, payment method verification, or source-of-funds documentation at its discretion, particularly for high-value accounts or withdrawal requests. KYC document review is completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission under normal operating conditions.

Submitting false, altered, forged, or stolen identification documents constitutes fraud and results in immediate permanent termination of the Account, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zh888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zh888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard cards (subject to availability and issuer restrictions).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is Rs 100. Minimum bank transfer deposits are Rs 500.
• Deposits are credited to your zh888 Account Balance within sixty (60) seconds for mobile wallet transfers and within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers under normal processing conditions.
• zh888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zh888 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and, if identified, may result in reversal, account suspension, or both.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification level and are communicated within the Cashier section of your zh888 Account.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes for verified accounts under standard operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• zh888 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for enhanced due diligence review on withdrawals that trigger internal monitoring thresholds. Users will be notified of any such delay.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to payment methods previously used for deposit, consistent with anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

zh888 operates a bonus programme encompassing welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free bet promotions, and a VIP loyalty programme. The following general terms apply to all zh888 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each eligible promotional offer may be claimed once per Account, once per household, and once per device or IP address, unless the offer terms explicitly state that it is repeatable.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirement stated in the specific offer terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• During an active Wagering Requirement period, the maximum bet per single transaction using Bonus Funds is Rs 500 (or equivalent), unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus wagering period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute a reduced percentage as stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation or crediting, as stated in the specific offer. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account Balance.
• zh888 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, or misrepresentation of eligibility.
• zh888 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time for future activations. Active promotions already claimed by a User are honoured under the terms at the time of activation.

Games, Betting & Fair Play

zh888 operates casino games and sportsbook markets sourced from certified third-party providers and regulated sportsbook technology platforms. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. zh888 does not alter, manipulate, or bias any game outcome. Certified RTP values are displayed in each game's information panel.
• Sportsbook odds are set and updated by zh888's sports trading function. Odds are not guaranteed at the point of bet request — bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance, which may differ from the initially displayed price if the market has moved.
• zh888 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, where a known outcome has been exploited, or where a software or data error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during critical match moments (wicket falling, boundary scored, official review). Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid; bets placed after suspension are void regardless of the displayed status at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per sport/game category. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and Cashier terms. zh888 reserves the right to reduce maximum payouts on any market to protect against undue liability.
• All disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be raised within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Claims raised outside this period will not be considered.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zh888 Platform. Breach of this Section constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Underage Use: Using or attempting to use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage not available to a manual user.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms jointly, or conduct chip-dumping or other forms of collusive play.
• Exploit Abuse: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviours to generate winnings or credits that would not result from normal gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using the zh888 Platform as a mechanism for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime as defined by applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against deposits made to your zh888 Account without first exhausting zh888's dispute resolution process.

Responsible Gaming

zh888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices across all products and for all users. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and impose binding obligations on both zh888 and its users:

• Self-Assessment: zh888 encourages all users to regularly assess their gaming behaviour using the self-assessment tools available at /responsible-gaming. Honest self-assessment is the first step in identifying potentially problematic gambling patterns.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory seven (7) day cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money bets or deposits will be accepted until the limit period resets or a revised limit takes effect.
• Session Time Controls: Users may set maximum session durations and mandatory break reminders through Account Settings. The Platform enforces automatic session termination when the configured duration is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account restriction preventing login and gaming activity, available in durations of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days. Cool-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion removes access to the zh888 Platform indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and applied across all product categories. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any funds in the Account at the time of self-exclusion are returned to the player's registered withdrawal method.

zh888 trains its customer support team to recognise signs of problem gambling and to direct affected users to appropriate resources. Intellectual Property

All content on the zh888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, data, database structures, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of zh888 or its licensed technology and content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or modify Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform's software; create derivative works based on zh888's intellectual property; or use zh888's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any context without prior written consent.

Any content submitted by users to the Platform (including but not limited to support communications and profile information) grants zh888 a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for platform operation and improvement purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh888's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Game or Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User into their zh888 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zh888 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity;
• Financial losses arising from gaming outcomes, including but not limited to casino game results or sportsbook bet settlements;
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond zh888's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their credentials;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processor failures, delays, or errors;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits zh888's liability for death or personal injury caused by zh888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

Amendments: zh888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects a User's rights or obligations, zh888 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via registered email or prominent Platform notification before the amendment takes effect. Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of any provision) may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination by zh888: zh888 may suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without notice, where zh888 has grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where zh888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. On termination for cause, any balance attributable to irregular activity may be withheld pending investigation.

Termination by User: Users may close their zh888 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations, including unsettled bets or pending withdrawal requests. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the User's registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending review obligations.

Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory law. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through zh888's internal dispute resolution process (response within fourteen (14) business days of formal complaint submission to [email protected]) shall be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under which zh888 holds its operating licence. Users agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal dispute process.
